How we think is how we live. Our thoughts shape our emotions, our actions, and the way we interpret the world around us. When thinking stays the same, life stays the same. We move through the ever-repeating known — thinking the same thoughts, producing the same emotions, taking the same actions, and recreating the same reality.
To truly change, we have to think greater than the environment that conditioned us. We shift our thoughts only by shifting the level of mind that created them. Nowphoria conditions our mind to experience awareness as our reference point instead of thought. When we know ourselves as awareness rather than the stream of thought, we step out of the ever-repeating known into the only place transformation is possible: the now.
Nowphoria is a training in inhabiting the now. Presence is a state of being with the ever-unfolding moment, identified as awareness. It’s a state of being, not thinking. This platform offers a systematic approach to cultivating Being as the foundation for transformation.
Through Vedic Meditation and neural scaffolding, we access the field of awareness beneath thought and transcend the mind’s habitual narratives so we can meet life as it is actually unfolding, moment by moment. Through this method, we begin to recognize that we are not our thoughts — we are the awareness beneath them. By establishing awareness as our reference point instead of thought, our thoughts and behavior reorganize around a deeper intelligence — nature’s intelligence — giving access to greater coherence, clarity, creativity, purpose, and a sense of life being guided from within.
