1: Attend An Intro Talk

2: Learn To Meditate

In the 4 day Vedic Meditation course ( 90 min sessions each) you will learn a simple technique of meditation that is natural to your mind.

It’s practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, and it enables our entire system to reboot by use of a personalized mantra. To book a course first sign up for a talk.
